No Physical Shipping
Our products are digital and are not physical goods. No physical items will be shipped or delivered by post or courier.
Therefore, standard shipping charges and delivery times do not apply to our digital products.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are purchased and delivered electronically through our third-party sales platform, Payhip.
After completing a purchase, customers will receive access to their purchased digital product through the delivery process provided by Payhip.
Please make sure that the email address provided during checkout is correct, as this may be used to provide access to your purchase.
Problems With Delivery
If you have completed a purchase but have not received access to your digital product, or if you experience a problem downloading the file, please contact us.
We will assist you in resolving the issue and, where appropriate, provide access to the purchased product again.
